Buddhist Meditation
Originating from Theravada Buddhism in Thailand, the main focus of this meditation is to bring your mind to the center of your body, around two fingers width above the navel.
We use techniques such as breathing control, mantra and visualization to slow down your thoughts and bring your mind to a rest.
We provide this workshop in cooperation with the Peace Revolution Project www.peacerevolution.net – They organize retreats in Thailand and worldwide.
Active Meditation
Made famous by Osho, this is a type of meditation that involves diverse stages: movement, dance, sounds, music and silence, this helps you to prepare and let go of the body; it is a cathartic exercise to calm and quiet the mind naturally.
Since it can be difficult for modern people to just sit and enter meditation, Osho said: “I never tell people to begin with just sitting. With a mad dance, you begin to be aware of a silent point within you; with sitting silently, you begin to be aware of madness.”
Positive Words

“Grateful for the opportunity to feel total freedom and the clear expression of telling who we are without the use of words at all”
“Its a very good blend, an awesome salad because you have a lot of ingredients to taste that are coming from different backgrounds.”
“It was so creative, so participatory for the whole group.”
“A good way to re-size your own personal experience, to find new approaches to everything, to see beyond, to feel yourself alive in everything you do. Grateful to be part of the experience”.
